The look and feel of the iPhone is actually better than we anticipated. It feels heavy with a solid and quality touch.
Internet speed
Although many have complained about the speed of navigating the Internet, we haven't found that to be an issue with our preliminary test. Maybe our expectations weren't set too high.
Touch screen
Surprisingly, touching the screen does not leave a substantial amount fingerprints.
Navigation
It's extremely easy to navigate, the operating system seems to be very intuitive with a very low learning curve.
Buying it
Purchase at the Apple store was simplified with employees walking around with handheld credit card machines - it took about 10 seconds to buy the device.
Activation
Activation with iTunes took less than 5 minutes. My new AT&T service was switched from Nextel without talking to any representative on either end.
