Toshiba today announced the launch of a 64GB embedded NAND flash memory module which offers 64GB on a single chip.
The new chip will start mass production in the first quarter of 2010.
We could therefore see 64GB iPhones and 128GB iPod touches in 2010. A recent teardown of the iPhone hardware revealed that Toshiba was the supplier of flash memory on the iPhone 3GS.
