Apple released iMac ATI Radeon HD graphics firmware update 1.0.1.
This update is for iMac computers with an ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro or ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT graphics card installed, running Mac OS X 10.5.2 or later.
It updates the ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro or ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT graphics card firmware in the iMac to improve system stability.
Apple released new iMacs with faster processors for the same price yesterday.

Apple today refreshed its iMac line of computers bumping speeds up to 3.0GHz.
The press release reads: “Apple today updated its all-in-one iMac line with the latest Intel Core 2 Duo processors and the most powerful graphics ever available in an iMac.

Geeksugar.com claims that reliable sources say that new iMacs will be introduced next week.
They claim that the new iMacs will receive a speed bump and hard drive storage increase, staying at the same price point, and will be introduced next Tuesday.
This website previously made an accurate prediction regarding the release of the new MacBook and MacBook Pro models two months ago.
Several reports suggesting an iMac update have surfaced in the last couple of months. Intel’s new Penryn processor is almost certain to be included in the iMac refresh.

9to5mac reports that stock of Apple’s popular iMac is dwindling across reseller chains, suggesting the company is closing in on a refresh for its range of all-in-one desktops. Stocks of the product still exist, but supplies of the product are wearing thin. This suggests the product may see an update as soon as this month.
The site also suggests that in addition to Penryn processors, iMacs may make use of Intel’s Eaglelake motherboard, which supports Blu-ray.
Last week, LoopRumors reported that slimmer iMacs and Mac minis were on the horizon.

Apple is planning to release updated models for both its iMac and Mac mini lineup in the coming weeks, MacScoop claims.
The 45nm Penryn chip is expected to be included in the new iMacs and Mac minis. The information also shows that the GMAX3100 graphics chip currently used in the MacBook and MacBook Air will be integrated into the Mac mini.
MacScoop expects the new iMacs and Mac minis to be introduced within the next four weeks.

Apple is rumored to be releasing new iMacs this coming Tuesday. German Mac site, MacNotes.de believes that Apple will release a new line-up of iMacs based on the Intel Penryn processors, switching from current Merom based machines.
If accurate, this release would continue the trend of weekly releases since Macworld.
Apple is scheduled to host a Special Event next Thursday, March 6th, to roll out the iPhone and iPod Touch software developer kit (SDK). Rumors also indicate that select developers have received an early release and have been working with the SDK for months. This suggests that more than just the SDK will be announced, and possibly some new native applications that will take advantage of the unique touch screen.
